Norma Norcross, LMT, RN is booking new clients looking for Clinical Massage only. ***Please Read*** If you are a New Client of Moon Tide Massage, please be sure to book using "New Client" in the services selected. You will then be emailed an online health intake form to fill out in advance before your appointment. If you don't fill the intake form out before your appointment, it will need to be done when you arrive. Your credit/debit card does NOT get charged at the time you make the reservation but is obtained to secure your appointment. Payment is due at the end of your scheduled appointment. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. Online booking will show you any availabilities up to 90 days in advance. If you would like to reserve an appointment for a date further in advance, please give us a call. When you book online, your appointment is confirmed once you receive an email confirming the appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the appointment was NOT made! If you have any difficulty, don't hesitate to call or send us an email. If you are booking an appointment for someone else, but book under your name, we will need the client's name and email address in order for them to fill out our online intake form. Some people choose to book under their name to gift a massage session to someone else. If you do this, kindly leave us a note in the comments section when booking, the name of the person that is to take the appointment, as well as their email and phone number. This way we can send them the intake form in advance, otherwise it needs to be completed at the time of their appointment, which may take away from some of their session time. If you would like to pay for their appointment with the credit card you used to book, please let us know as well, and if you would like to add any gratuity for our therapists. Thank you!
